Project Management

A formal project management process is not always required however, in order to make sure your communicatiosn project proceeds successfully and that everything happens when it needs to and on budget, we believe it's important to establish a 'minimum requirements' tender and set realistic objectives.

The first thing we do is to assign a single 'point of contact' responsible for knowing where your project is at any given stage. The Project Manager helps to formalise certain funtions as part of implementation process, namely: budget, schedule and quality.

If this can be clearly defined and written into the project plan everyone who works on your project knows what's required, by when and by whom and any issue can be addressed before it becomes a major problem.
