Dens Road Railings
Following the demoloition of a traditional spinning mill and the landscaping of the site, the local council wanted to protect the planting by closing off the area with a set of railings. I wanted the design to refer to the history of the site and designed the railings to include within their panels convex & concave spars that created a feeling of movement along their length.
The railings were constructed with the help of local blacksmith Graham Martin.
