Stonefall Cemetery Gates
Harrogate Borough Council as part of their plans to extend the existing Cemetery and create a Garden Of Remembrance, acknowledged the opportunity to include elements of public art within the proposals.
These are a set of gates commissioned for the Forest Lane entrance to the Cemetery.
The gates take their theme from the name of the Cemetery and incorporate water washed boulders and pebbles , clasped jewel like by the forged ironwork.
