Very handy utility from D.Cohen which is another utility that would be useful for intensivists. A good series 5 interface which the leads into his nine different subprograms for calculating various physiological values. The most handy utility I find is his infusion calculator which helps you to check you have got the doses right! Other subprograms calculate A-a gradient, fluid replacement, results from cardiac output studies and even conversion utilities. My only gripes and these are only minor the initial interface is not quite intuitive and pen friendly and a more expanded help to explain all the values calculated. Nevertheless a fine program and one that stays in my extras bar.
