Shoot for Effect
A collection of pictures showing the authors approach to photographing various subjects. Makes the point that you should think about what effect you want before taking the picture. Often very different effects can be achieved by photographing the subject in different ways.
Pictorial North
Enjoy images of Northern England in all kinds of conditions, from sunshine to snow storms and from dawn to dusk. A collection of pictures portraying the authors feelings about the countryside in his local area.

Tyrolean Experience (Parts 1 & 2)
Travel documentary depicting the wonderful Austrian Tyrol. See the villages, mountains and some of the local customs. Experience the thrill of cable cars and chair lifts. Wander through colourful meadows up to the rugged mountain peaks.
Part 1 concentrates mainly on the area close to Seefeld. Part 2 covers a wider area.
European Contrast
Travel documentary. See the colours and textures of Venice with all it's character. The magnificent buildings, the charm of the quiet small canalsand remote squares and alleyways. Then as a total contrast see Austria in the Winter. The magical fairyland of snow and frost on the trees, the colour and excitement of ski competitions, the beauty of the mountains with sun on the snow.

Pleasure from Canals

The Gateshead Garden Festival
