What is it?

      ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

This is an annual event, usually held on a Sunday afternoon in March. It is open to nominated delegates from all N.C.P.F. clubs. These delegates are entitled to vote on any items during the meeting. Other club members can come to the meeting as observers but cannot vote.

The meeting gives clubs the opportunity to find out what the Executive have been doing and to have their say on what should or should not be done. It is the clubs chance to have a say in the running of their federation. The meeting also elects the Executive Committee for the coming year. Although perhaps not the most glamorous of events, it is very important that club representatives should be present.

The A.G.M. is an opportunity for clubs to hand in their entries for the Annual Competitions. When practical there is a display of prints to add extra interest to the afternoon.
