Interco
Interco is a learning aid for the International Code of Signals. The program can be used to display the flag, phonetic codeword and morse code for each number and each letter of the alphabet. Conversely, Interco will display the meaning of each flag. In addition to single-letter flags, the program will display the meaning of two-flag codes. Download from here.
