Another stunning Reapers display with 6 goals from their forward line was enough to send them 8 points clear at the top with just eight weeks left of the season. The Maudlers could do nothing but sit back in admiration as The Reapers shrewdly made a shock recall to their favourite striker Yorke and proceeded to score a hatrick. There are moments in a season when you know which team is destined to win and this was one of those awakening weekends. The Maudlers must now call the shots and is Big Mac man enough?
The poor Chopstix whose season has dwindled away to nothing had their best week for 4 months - yes 4 months! It just goes to show how far they have fallen away. No longer "Champion" Chopstix they must watch as The Reapers take the mantle of Team of the 90's.
