The Reapers once again demonstrated that they are back to their very best and although their lead is just ten points they are already pulling away from several mid table teams. They have now scored remarkable 26 goals in the first eight weeks although once again their defence is looking distinctly leaky and will surely be improved in the very near future. The real worries must be with Padi Fields. August may well have been a great opening month for The Champions but September has been a disaster and they have now slipped to 3rd. They also suffered their 1st red card of the season. The Maudlers continue to display good form and look to be the team most likely to challenge The Maudlers at present. Sign of just how competitive the WFFA league is that teams resort to dirty tricks to win points. Gullit's favourites have now had 3 red cards and lost a total of 35 points to cards. Their manager may well find himself in front of a WFFA disciplinary committee.
