Comments	Cited by Horaninow, this is probably the plant referred to by Cheesman as the amboinensis variety of Rumphius' Musa silvestris in which case it "may well have been" Musa textilis. Sagot (1887) lists this as "Musa amboinensis Rumph. (Miquel Fl. Ind. batav.)".
