Sugilite is a very
distinctive opaque waxy purple stone. It
comes from the Southern states of Africa and Japan. It was discovered in 1944 in Japan by Dr Kenichi Sugi, for whom it was
named. It is found in association
with manganese and is often streaked with black or bluish lines. Sugilite is the third eye activator; it works on the pineal gland, the
top of the head, the crown and heart chakras, as well as the brain and scalp.
Sugilite has a potent mature Universal Consciousness. It is very matriarchal and nurturing; it does seem to ‘mother’ the
‘Star Children’, giving them feelings of security and protection against the
harsh climate of the negative earth vibration of hostility, rage, anger and
fear. It is good for those who feel
