BIORHYTHMS - The Physical Cycle
The Physical cycle is 23 days long and typically influences physical factors for
example :- eye-hand co-ordination, strength, physical endurance and resistance to
ailments and disease.
When your physical cycle is high you will have plenty of energy for taking long walks,
it is a good time to plan any tasks which require a large amount of physical exertion
Don't undergo surgery on physically critical days, similarly if you are a Doctor,
avoid planning operations on physically critical days
On physically critical days your performance in events like athletics, squash etc.
will be either extremely good or extremely bad
Watch out for accidents on critical days and be careful when using dangerous equipment
If you are on a physical low, take plenty of rest, get plenty of sleep and take things
easy
