THE FINAL FAREWELL

Photographed at the final game at the Old Vic, this is the best from the day's work. As with all the work it was taken with a 28mm lens on an EOS 5

It has recently appeared in the book Football Moods, a photographic record of the game.

The image itself was quite flat when printed normally, but by burning the pitch by an extra 1/3 of exposure time and the stadium roofs (from just above Chatfield Ford sign) by a similar amount it highlights the players and crowd by a small amount.
