	THE UK IS MULICULURAL Our organisation recently invited several members from different faith traditions to join us at Our Edges Personality of the Year Awards. We intend to explore areas of work with them in our new project for India.
	THE ETHNIC MINORITY YOUNG PERSON'S FORUM Zaurian Luqman - Is a Project Co-ordinator for the Ethnic Minority Young Persons Forum Blackburn. A core group of people got together to look at ways they could work with Asian young people. They submitted a Lottery bid and were successful in gaining £150 000 over three years and they also got funding from ELTEC in terms of career guidance. This has led to the Ethnic Minority Young Persons Forum.We give a platform to young people from ethnic minorities.I believe it is important that we work with agencies such as T.H.O.M.A.S.
