Seeing the threat posed by the Daedra, I allied myself with them and set up
gates to Mundus for them.  Soon my army had some five million strong Daedra
under my command, as well as a Daedra count in my uppermost levels.  I
realized that the gates could be a problem, so I closed them to all who did
not have a daedric bloodline.  This effectively ended the problem of
otherworldly intrusion, so I placed a null magicka zone some ten miles in
radius around my castle, making it so that only my (Soverian) magic would
function there.  Realizing that the gods of Sovere would not be a problem,
as they are so uninvolved in material affairs, I dismissed several of the
Soverian gods.  I kept Kali, Zaknafoin, Kitrinis, K'kriq, Pariasis and
Elasias with me, while Duldoin decided to go spread some havoc.

The morning after my interlude with Morgiah, she told me great and
unexpected news.  She was going to give me what Catris never could.  A
child.  Princess Morgiah was pregnant with my child.  Realizing the power
the babe would hold, I prayed to Kali for guidance, still annoyed that no
one had challenged me directly at my castle and not through threats.
