Why Mea would give this task to the less articulate of them he did not know, but he suspected it was a chance for him to practice his verbal skills. He didn't mind, of course. It was exiting to meet new people and actually be able to speak with them. As opposed to scare them, then get chased away by them. He grinned. He approached the lady in black, cleared his throat to catch her attention, and as she turned, he bowed to her, thanking Jemalas for the small lessons in etiquette. The lady looked at Zarthanator, who now had her full attention. A not altogether unpleasant looking high-elf stood before her, dressed in casual, yet elegant looking clothes, of dark blue colors. His boots were not well kept, and bore the signs of many miles of travel. He looked pleasant, and the look on his face would scare nobody. It had the expression of childish joy and anticipation. However, the massive broadsword that hung from his belt seemed to indicate otherwise. His eyes lit up and he opened his mouth and said "Mah deah lahdy, Iht whold bhee ahn honhour eef ye whouulsd jhoin meeh aihnd mah lhadee Mhea....." The light in his eyes died, his face turned crimson red, a tear showed in his eye, quickly wiped away. He turned and ran over to the table where Mea was sitting, covering her mouth trying to contain her giggles. His mask. He had taken it off while eating, and forgot to put it back on. How could he do such a thing. Mea handed him the mask, which he put on VERY quickly. The lady in black looked at the pair of them with a very bemused look, awaiting further words of wisdom from the smooth talking elf in blue. "Zarth, I think she's waiting for your invitation" Zarth didn't know what to do, or what to think, but he did as Mea said. He felt like he was sinking through the floor, and fixed his eyes on the ground. When he saw the nice looking boots of the lady in black, he repeated his invitation, now understandable, but with much less enthusiasm. "My dear lady. It would be an honor if you would join me and my lady Mea over at our table." He glanced up at her face, with a shy expression, looking a little like a scolded child. The lady smiled, and replied............... Zarth
