Whilst there are not many of them lying around, there is a small number. Unfortunately, the knowledge of how to make them has been lost since the Age of Legends, but there is a little information available about Objects Of The Power.
Remnants of the Age of Legends that allow anyone capable of channeling the appropriate half of the True Source to handle a greater amount of the Power than is safe or even possible unaided. Some were made for use by women, others by men. Rumours of angreal usable by both men and women have never been confirmed. Their making is no longer known, and few are known to remain in existence.
Channeling through an angreal allows you to temporarily increase your Elemental Knacks by a number dependent of the specific angreal. Your Intelligence, Willpower and Awareness do not change however, so the risk of Addiction and Madness increases if you use them.
Remnants of the Age of Legends that allow channeling much more of the One Power than is otherwise possible or safe. A sa'angreal is similar to, but more powerful than, an angreal. The amount of the Power that can be wielded with a sa'angreal compares to the amount that can be handled with an angreal as the Power wielded with the aid of an angreal does to the amount that can be handled unaided. The making of them is no longer known. As with angreal there are male and female sa'angreal. Only a handful remain, far fewer even then angreal.
As you would expect, sa'angreal work exactly the same way as angreal do, though to a greater degree.
These are remnants of the Age of Legends that actually use the One Power. Unlike angreal and sa'angreal, each ter'angreal was made to do a particular thing. Some ter'angreal are used by Aes Sedai, but the original purposes of many are unknown. Some require channeling, while others may be used by anyone. Some will kill, or destroy the ability to channel of any woman who uses them. Like angreal and sa'angreal, the making of them has been lost since the Breaking of the World.
Ter'angreal come in so many different forms that it would be impossible to list rules for all of them here. However, a couple of examples will be made now, and as ter'angreal are discovered, this page will be updated.
The Oath Rod
Whilst there were many Oath Rods in the Age of Legends,
only one is currently now known to exist. Oath Rod number 3 is owned by
the Aes Sedai and is used in the White Tower when a woman is raised to
Aes Sedai to bond them to the Three Oaths.
It works by channeling Spirit into the number 3 on it whilst it is being held by the woman taking the oath.
The Ring Of Dreams
There are many ter'angreal that can be used to
gain entrance to Tel'aran'rhiod, the World of Dreams. This ring
is just one of them. The most important thing about it, however, is that
it does not require channeling to work.
To enter Tel'aran'rhiod with the Ring, then you merely have to fall asleep with the rind touching your skin.
There are two types of Power-Wrought Blades in existence in the world. Those that were created by the Aes Sedai during the War of Power which tend to be marked with a Heron, though not every blade marked with a Heron was Power-Wrought, or the Bloodsteel Blades of Tha'kandar.
The ones created by the Aes Sedai are now very few, but also highly prized by any but Children of the Light. The blades will never dull, and nothing can break them. When you use one of these blades (which can be any variety of weapon - not merely swords) you can re-roll any ones or twos that you roll when attacking, rolling for damage or parrying.
The ones created in Tha'kandar do deadly damage, and are churned out at an alarming rate. Unfortunately, one person must die for each blade that is created. These blades are only used by Myrrdraal. The only thing that is known about them is that if a Serious Wound is taken from one of these blades, it is much harder to heal, so hard in fact, that it is impossible without the One Power, and difficult even for an Aes Sedai. Any Serious Wound dealt by a Blade of Tha'kandar requires two raises to be Healed (i.e. the basic TN to heal such a Serious Wound is 25).
