I have been working at Securicor Customer Services for the past 14 months to gain job

workmates) and using some skills learnt at University.

Responsibilities include working as part of a team on telephone support to: 
1. Arrange collection of parcels for delivery into the UK and abroad or vice versa.
2. Provide information when parcel deliveries/collections don't go to schedule.
3. Provide hard/verbal evidence of deliveries to shippers and customers.
4. Provide detailed information for Key Account holders with Securicor.

Originally working on the tills, I moved to Produce when the Andover store moved in
1992, and later also worked on waste control. Duties included clearing out of date
stock, price reductions, price checks, stock control, stacking/cleaning shelves. I have
worked in most departments of the store at some point including the staff canteen
(preparing food and drink), the customer canteen and delicatessen counter. I also
worked some nights with stock taking and shelf filling.
