Characters without episode/novel titles are either in too many, or are just mentioned and don't actually appear in any.

  • Ashan, "There All the Honour Lies"
    A member of the 3rd Fain of Chudomo. In 2259, he witnessed the death of Lovell, who was killed by Captain Sheridan in self-defense. Ashan, however, stated that the Minbari offered his surrender before being brutally murdered. When Lennier discovered that Lovell was acting under the orders of his sect, the ambassador's aide threatened to dishonour the sect unless Ashan told the truth. Ashan then issued a statement explaining what he really saw but left Lovell's motives a mystery in order to protect the honour of their sect.
  • Branmer, "Legacies"
    Widely regarded as one of the greatest warleaders who ever lived. He was raised as a member of the religious caste. Following the death of Dukhat, Branmer believed the war against Earth was righteous. He commanded one of the war cruisers which destroyed Sinclair's squadron at the Battle of the Line.

    Kalain's first officer aboard the Trigati. She led the ship's final, suicidal assault against Babylon 5, prior to its destruction by the Minbari.
  • F'hursna Sech Durhan, "To Dream in the City of Sorrows"
    Instructor in the use of the denn'bok while Sinclair was on Minbar.
  • Hedronn
    A warrior caste member of the Grey Council in 2259 and since before the Earth-Minbari War. He rejected Capt Sheridan's authority on Babylon 5, and claimed to be a member of the Minbari Ministry of Culture.
  • Inesval, "To Dream in the City of Sorrows"
    Ex-worker caste, the minbari responsible for welding sinclair's bed into the horizontal position on Minbar, soon after that he joined the Anla'shok.
  • Jenimer, "To Dream in the City of Sorrows"
    An elderly Minbari male, chosen to be a figurehead for the Grey Council in 2259. However, he did not last long - and sadly died of old age.
  • Kadroni, "In the Beginning"
    The Grey Council member who was replaced by Delenn just before the start of the Earth-Minbari War.
  • Kalain, "Points of Departure"
    The first officer on the Trigati during the Earth-Minbari War. When the Minbari surrendered he led his warship into self-imposed exile because he couldn't follow the order to surrender.
    He commited suicide on Babylon 5 as part of a plan to justify the Trigati's final offensive against the station.
  • Kozorr, "Treason" (COMIC)
    A member of the Warrior Caste, who in 2259, accused Ambassador Sinclair of killing Jenimer, the Chosen one and new leader of the Grey Council.
  • Lennan, "Ceremonies of Light and Dark"
  • Lenonn, "ItB"
    Head of the Anla'shok shortly before and during the Earth-Minbari War. He was mortally wounded when the Centauri bombed the outpost where he, G'Kar, Franklin and Sheridan were carrying out negotiations to stop the War.
  • Lovell, "There All the Honour Lies"
    Member of the 3rd Fain of Chudomo. He sacrificed his life in order to frame Captain Sheridan for murder.
  • Shaal Mayan, "War Prayer"
    Shal Mayan is a highly respected poet and writer of Ti'Lar. She has traveled widely and believes that all sentient beings are defined by their need for love.
  • Morann, "Atonement", "ItB"
    A Warrior Caste member of the Grey Council. He asked the question that Delenn later had to atone for due to her answer.
  • Minbari assassin, "The Gathering"
    Minbari who tried to frame Sinclair by using a Changling net to look like him. He posed as Sinclair and poisoned Kosh (who later recovered). The assassin was finally defeated by Sinclair who mocked him with the statement that he had 'a hole in his mind' before activating a self-destruct device which almost blew the whole sector.

    Family Zir, religious caste, served Valen 1000 years in the past.
  • Racine, "Treason" (COMIC)
    A member of the Grey Council.
  • Rashok, "In Valen's Name"
    Family Dosh, warrior caste, served Valen 1000 years in the past.
  • Rastenn, "Learning Curve"
    A trainee Ranger who escorted his teacher to Babylon 5 to visit Delenn in 2262.
  • Rathenn
    A member of the Grey Council, and a friend of both Delenn and Draal. He was also the one who invited Sinclair to serve as Human Ambassador on Minbar.
  • Shakiri, "Moments of Transition"
    A warleader during the Minbari Civil War who Delenn challenged to enter the Starfire Wheel. He proved that he wasn't willing to die for his people by jumping out of the circle when the pain became to great for him.
  • Sineval
    A warleader and captain of the Trigati during the Earth-Minbari War. When the order was given to surrender, he refused and committed suicide. As a consequence, he became a martyr to the cause of war, and his ship went into exile.
  • Tannier, "Learning Curve" (Mag 6)
    One of two Minbari training to become Rangers who are invited along as escorts to visit Delenn on Babylon 5. Tannier had to undergo the Minbari rite of Mora'Dum as part of his training when he was beaten by thugs in down below.
  • Teronn, "A Distant Star"
    A Minbari living on Babylon 5 who questioned Delenn's position as the Minbari ambassador after her transformation into a Human/Minbari hybrid. She gave permission for him to speak directly with the Grey Council.
  • Tulan, "In Valen's Name"
    Followed Valen since the creation of the Anla'shok, killed by the Shadows in battle, son of Nukenn.
  • Sech Turval, "To Dream in the City of Sorrows", "Learning Curve"
    8th Fane of Tredomo, Ranger One before Sinclair.
  • Venak, "To Dream in the City of Sorrows"
    Ambassador Sinclair's aide on Minbar.
