This is a mere glimpse into the research findings for a Bradford Children’s Centre that was determined to understand parental attitudes to the Centre and acquire guidance on how to market its services more effectively to increase visitor numbers.

Within 3 months of conducting independent research and launching the recommended strategies based on findings, the Centre now reports:-

~ Oversubscribed courses for the first time ever with waiting lists for future dates.

~ Increased attendance at the centre by over 35%, most significantly, mainly from the most deprived areas and hard to reach families.
