There are two cottages. The first has two bedrooms, one double and one twin [sleeps 4] and a bathroom. The second has one double and one single bedroom [sleeps 3] together with a shower room. Both cottages have a kitchen/dining room and a separate lounge.
The gardens have an interesting range of plantings. There are both paved and grassed areas with garden furniture. A stoned parking area provides space for three vehicles.
Both cottages are equipped to a high standard after extensive renovation. Each kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, freezer and fridge. There is DVD, VCR, colour television and radio in each. One cottage has a harmonium with sheet music.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental as are all heating and lighting costs. There is gas central heating with additional electrical heating.
A modern clothes washer and dryer are available in the old wash house.
There is a well stocked village Co-op shop a short walk from the property.
