Virtual Enclosure
Have you ever wondered what it feels like to scamper around a Gerbil enclosure? Or may be look at things from a Gerbils eye view? Well with the "Gerbils Virtual Enclosure" section, you can jump right into a Gerbil enclosure and experience first hand what these things feel like and much more besides.
You can explore this typical enclosure, with the ability to do virtually all the things Gerbils do. Such activities include diving through toilet roll tunnels, drinking from a water bottle, hopping up into a food bowl and even diving into a nice warm bed.

You have another Gerbil to keep you company too: Cedar, a friendly male. Like all Gerbils he has boundless energy, busily scampering around here there and everywhere - so you will have to be on your toes to keep up with him.
Very often things look very different when viewed from a Gerbils perspective. For example we found that us people look huge from a Gerbils level and it is little wonder that they do not like us to move above their heads too often.

Carrying out this project helped us to see the need for lots of space within the enclosure. If there is too little room, Gerbils can become bored and even destructive, and we can readily understand why.
At the start of this page you can see the "Enclosure Map" that is always present, no matter where you are in the virtual enclosure. Not only does this help you to find you way around, but at any given time you can click on an area and be taken right there.
To help you get started click on the "Help" button where you will find all the details you need, including some very handy "Tips". We certainly hope that you find this brand new experience rewarding and have lots of "Gerbil-eye-view" fun along the way!!!
