All of the prices for Craft Experience products include free shipping and handling (or postage and packing as appropriate) in the United Kingdom. If you require special shipping within the UK this can be arranged on an individual basis for an additional charge.
Overseas orders can be priced ex-works and shipped according to customer requirements.
All the Craft Experience products are handmade and we normally keep one or two of most items in stock. On receipt of an order we will acknowledge the order and give a delivery time. Products will be dispatched within a maximum of 28 days from receipt of order unless there is prior agreement for it to be longer.
We will keep you informed throughout the production of your purchase via e-mail, phone, or write to you (whichever you prefer) and when it is shipped.
Payment should be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank, or international order, payable to Craft Experience Ltd. For large orders a deposit
of 50% is payable on receipt of the order, with the balance payable on delivery.
