At the AGM held on 14th May 2007 members of the Committee were appointed as follows: -
Gordon Rees was re-elected as chairman of the Barnsley Central District Scout Fellowship.
He is a founder member and in the past has been Assistanct District Commissioner (Leadership Training) and (Scout Fellowship).
He edits the District Newsletter ("Bartrade")
and the County Newsletter ("R-O-S-Y's").
Janice Rees was re-elected Secretary.
Janice is a founder member of the fellowship
She has been Assistant District Commissioner for Development.
She has also held a number of positions in the Cub Scout Section.
Mrs H Almond was re-elected as Treasurer of the Barnsley Central District Scout Fellowship.
She has been an Assistant Scout Leader with the 33rd
and has been involved in Guiding and Scouting for many years.
John Hague was re-elected Vice-Chairman.
John works very hard as an Assistant Warden at
the local Scout Campsite - Silverwood.
