Rock climbing (since 1988)- in North Wales, the Peak, Swanage, Southern Sandstone, Southern France, Fontainbleau and Southern Africa.
Scottish Winter climbing (since 1990) in Glen Coe, the Cairngorms and on the Ben.
Kayaking and open canoeing (since 1979) in UK, French Alps, Natal-South Africa, safety kayaking in Nepal and on the Zambezi and a member of the successful Karun 2001 trip to Iran. I have been the WCA Access Officer for the Glaslyn and Colwyn since winter '97.
Mountain biking (since 1988) on the South and North Downs, North Wales, the Peak, a 3 month tour from Sunderland to 1000km the East of Moscow, 3 Polaris events and a couple of races.
Using computers (since 1992) for business and personal use including word processing, DTP, staffing, accounts, stock and sales analysis. I am familiar with microsoft and lotus software.
Video photography (since 1999) shooting kayaking in Nepal and Iran and expeditions in Central America and India. Also using video as a coaching tool.
