The practice is situated at 54 High Street, Hemel Hempstead, Herts.,HP1 3AF. I, Dr Howard Koch BDs LDs RCs(Eng), have been qualified since 1981, and I have worked all this time in general practice. Both my nurses are qualified and are undergoing continual postgraduate training, as I am.

We are now in a position to accept new NHS patients,as Dr Turner has joined the pratcice. Below is a list of our private fees. please note that fillings are guaranteed for 3 years and all lab. work i.e. crowns, bridges, and dentures are guaranteed for 5 years. The guarantee is subject to some simple terms and conditions, but these are designed to make the work last even longer and really are in the patients best interests.

  2. Examination inc. x-rays when the patient attends the hygienist on the same day #16.00
  3. Hygienist appointment #22.00
  4. Fillings are charged by time 1 0r 2 in 1/2 hour #44.00
  5. Crowns from #185.00 each
  6. veneers #185.00 each
  7. Bridges #185 per unit
  8. Stick on bridges From #250.00
  9. Dentures plastic upper and lower #475
  10. Dentures plastic upper or lower #275
  11. Metal dentures upper or lower #375
  12. Root treatments by time approx #88-122
  13. Missed or late cancelled appointments that we are unable to fill #22.00 per 15 mins
All fees are pounds sterling.
