Within this page are held the Dick Turpin stories which have a supernatural theme to them.  As Angela and Linda started playing with ideas, these cropped up now and again (more often in Linda's case than Angela).  As they tended to be a bit more graphic - and hopefully scary! - than the mainstream stories, we decided to spin them off into their own little universe.  Please note that we would prefer it if you did NOT access this page if you are under the age of 14 or if you are unsettled by this kind of subject matter. 

As a loose justification for these stories, we have linked Turpin with an earlier version of the Legacy society mentioned in the series Poltergeist.  Angela has also come up with the idea that Dick is fey, for all his mule-headed denial of the fact.  Combine that with the fact that our two, er, heroes, attract trouble the way honey attracts bees and you get an idea of what the pair of them are in for in this part of the page.  (Like it will be all that different from what happens elsewhere?)

Dick is inclined to scoff when he's told that the young woman he's robbed is a vampire, but he's less ready to laugh when she snatches Swiftnick, believing him to be her lover, reborn.

When Swiftnick falls ill, Dick takes him to a safe place he knows, certain they won't be disturbed because of the stories of ghosts he's spread around.  What he doesn't expect to discover is that some of the ghosts are real!

Hand Of Glory

When Turpin takes a grisly trophy from the scene of a hanging, he and Swiftnick become the target of the blind hunger of a damned soul.
