"SPARTACAT"
In July 2002, Spartacus was replaced by Spartacat, a 36' by 16' catamaran built by South Boats on the Isle of Wight, powered by twin 260 hp Cummins diesels.

The layout is similar to that of Spartacus, accommodating 12 divers with ease. There is a larger covered seating area, larger toilet and a couple of bunks forward. Diver recovery is via electric tail lift. Stability and fuel consumption are enhanced, noise levels reduced and high cruising speed retained.
