- CHARGES FOR 2007:
£460 per trip (12 persons max)
Duration of trip: 5hrs approx. A fuel surcharge will be payable on journeys more than
12 miles radius from Brighton Marina. See separate tariff.
DEPOSIT:
£100 held by Indigo Charters and transferred to next booking (if more than one booked)
CANCELLATION:
More than 6wks notice, deposit refunded. 3-6wks notice, loss of deposit. Less than 3wks
notice, full amount due.
INSURANCE:
Whilst on boat, 3rd party insurance cover to £2m. In the water, no liability accepted.
WEATHER:
The final decision as to whether the trip is on will be made by the skipper, based on the
available local forecast, generally after 1900 the night before.
An alternative dive to
that planned may be selected at the skipper's discretion.
