Relationship appears as an aim - learning for relationship – where the ability to develop good and satisfying interpersonal relationships is viewed as a fundamental reason for fostering learning.

It is also seen as a means - learning through relationship. Here the starting point is the recognition that our relationships are a basic source of learning.

When we, as educators, pay attention to the nature of our relationship with learners, we can respond in better ways.
