A fuming army of petrol driven insects are in erratic pursuit of a monsterous mechanical egg factory. Venting gooey foam along the way, this towering structure ambles through the audience attempting to keep its precious crop from the clutches of the marauding swarm.

"Tattoo is a massive undertaking yet it is concerned with detail and audience immersion. The action takes place through, in and around them. An enveloping, pulsating soundtrack helps to give everyone the feeling of being involved in an adventure."

The Stage

Tattoo uses a cast of dancers and mechanics with giant mechanical structures, elaborate costumes and specially composed music to create a captivating and exhilarating show. Each of the structures and characters actually moves through the audience, while an organic, shifting soundscape engulfs.

The focus of attention shifts as characters approach from all directions, parting the crowd to carry out intricate rites akin to military manoeuvres.

The show lasts about 50 minutes.

Very light technical requirements - no big site costs - no hidden extras!

All structures and characters move through the audience, which is immersed in the action.
Technical requirements: Tattoo has very light technical requirements. The company is self contained and does not need much looking after! Tattoo is designed to help keep your costs down. Basically we need a power supply (Mains or Generator), a secure compound for our vehicles, some stewards and 8 volunteers for the show.
