IOU's Artistic Director David Wheeler spent three months in Antarctica working alongside scientists as 'Artist-in-Residence' on The British Antarctic Survey (BAS). Antarctic Travelogue presents long-sequence video taken with five linked cameras, together with three metre wide panoramic photographic prints created during David’s time there.   David’s experience forms the starting point  for IOU to develop a major new visual arts and performance work to be premiered in Yorkshire before international touring.
