Here I sit upon the loo
by James McCann
Here I sit upon the loo
Ready now to have a poo
Very soon now we shall see
If in fact I need a wee
Then the loo, I'll get up from it
Turn around and promptly vomit

The past is history
The future is a mystery
Today is a gift
That's why it's called the Present
The Bear
By Nicola Gifford - 14th November
1994
The bear sat
He looked around the room
Where he now was
His bright blue eyes
Could see the world around him
His name was Freud
He knew that because
The lady had said to him
That that was his name
She had made him, given him life
Now he lived with a gentle man
Who was kind, soft and
Spoke to him about everything
Freud had a very happy life
He liked James and loved
To listen, always listen.
