Why have I included Clinton in a list of British political personalities? Because of his close involvement with some parts of it.
He and Tony Blair are good friends, and share the same views. Consequently, they probably share policies for some extent.
Clinton also takes it upon himself to involve himself in Northern Irish politics, in an attempt to solve the situation there, constantly 'calling' on the politicians involve to get their heads together and sort something out.
We also see him constantly on British TV screens, talking about this and that.
So? So, this man seems to have more influence than some Cabinet ministers. That makes him worthy of a place here.
