The Liberal Democrat Party
Here, in shortened 'bitesize' pieces, is the Liberal Democrat Euro-manifesto.
The Single Currency
The LibDems would hold a referendum on joining as soon as possible, since higher interest rates, higher costs and an uncompetitive and vulnerable currency all result from being outside the euro-zone.
Defence
There should be a common foreign and security policy, to allow Europe's armed forces to operate side by side without creating a European army. Greater EU defence cooperation would strengthen NATO.
Reform of the EU
A constitution is needed; also greater use of Qualified Majority Voting is necessary to avoid political paralysis and inaction.
The Budget
There is no case for ending Britain's rebate; there is no case for a rise in Britain's contribution.
Home Affairs
Europol should be given more resources; but there are concerns over the potential erosion of civil liberties.

Enlargement
Enlargement gives the opportunity to help ex-Eastern bloc countries and to unite Europe in economic and political freedom.
Fraud
There should be a strengthened anti-fraud entity, able to impose heavy penalties. CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) reform would also help to cut fraud.
Soundbite
We are pro-Europe, but clear about its limits and firm on its failings
