As the goalkeepers offence was time wasting the free kick you awarded must be indirect.
As the ball did not touch another player before entering the goal it does not stand and
the game is restarted with a goal kick.
Of course, the striker may be playing whilst suspended, but then again, the Rovers captain
my just be trying to pull a fast one! Make a note of the strikers name and number, and
report it to the local FA - let them sort it out!
