Fees A small increase in some fees from Feb 2008 - this is an increased British Fencing fee for social membership/insurance - (the club does not retain this fee).

    Some notes:

  • Entrance/exit is via the pedestrian gate in Marylebone high Street. There is a key-code-pad to the left. Members will be given the code.
  • A storage area has been allocated for club kit. Unfortunately there is no provision for the storage of personal kit.
  • The changing area on the sports hall level has been allocated to the ladies; the mens is on the level directly above.
  • The toilet next to the sport hall entrance is also for disabled - the pull switch is for the alarm not the lights!
  • Drinking fountain is located opposite the main sports hall entrance
  • Please do not wear outdoor shoes in the sports hall - please change before entering.
  • Apart from the main hall we also have use of the mirrored hall - ideal for footwork practice and for novices.
  • The mirrored hall also has audio/visual facilities and we hope to make training films available.

  • Important Members are reminded that from 1.1.06 new British Fencing safety standards apply.
    A copy is here.

Note that breeches are mandatory for electric fencing.
Novices have to supply their own under-plastron and glove - a list of suppliers can be found on the links page.
