The News Of The Foz

It's F*cking Freezing... It Must Be November!

Well it's nearly a couple of months down the line from my last post and still no woodcuts whatsoever. However I have been working on the 'Pre-Life Crisis' series some more and we could well see it finished before 2004 depending on cash flow. Cash flow is pretty good at the moment as well partly thanks to my 2-week DJ stint at 'Lush' in Swansea which provided me with a much-needed supplementary income as well as the chance to flex my dj muscles delivering the best in classic indie, rock & pop to the soap-dodging studes of Swansea Institute. There's been a lot of pressure on me recently to ressurrect Cruel Samoan Night. Not sure that'll ever happen but there may be something similar on the cards for next year.

Anyway, I digress. Sian Pearce has been massacreing her fingers producing the mock-up for the design on the back of the 'Dress To Kill' tuxedo. When it's finished D2K will be a full-size tuxedo made entirely of chainmail. I'm still not sure what to do with it once it's finished and I'm not even sure if I'm going to be physically strong enough to wear it but there will be performances and probably cocktails as well.

Last but not least I've been doing a bit more of the old painting as well. Not a lot, not a lot but you'll like it. If I can ever get a spare moment to tidy the studio I may produce more...
