The News Of The Foz
The Wilderness Pt. 3: ![]() 5SF 'Woods' Study Now Added To The 2001 Archive! There are times when you realise that in order to stop yourself living too much in the past you have to do something drastic. At the end of February Lori & I are relocating to Bournemouth/Poole in Dorset for a fresh start at life, to seek new experiences, enrol on short courses to boost our skills and be strategically closer to London so we can get a bit more culture. As well as getting temping work to last me until we enrol on a TEFL course in the Autumn, my main plans for this year are to do some short courses to bring myself up to date with twenty-first century web authoring software (to this day I still do 100% of my HTML in editpad - WYSIWYG is a definite no-no.) and other such things. I am also planning on doing those woodcuts I've been threatening for all this time, meaning you may be able to buy my prints online before the year is out. Also there's nothing more irritating than good projects that never get finished so 2006 could - time permitting - be the year of The Pebbles Project. Meanwhile for those of you wondering about how Miniart's coming along, due to problems securing a UK venue in time for 2006 the plan is now to hold the fourth show at Instinc in Singapore in January 2007, which is pretty cool. UK artists confirmed on my ticket so far are Brian Cunning and Shelley Garner but hopefully Andy Ward and Sabine Ward to follow.
