(Feb 01) Goes from stregth to strength, inspiring the comeback in the Cup against Charlton. A credit to both himself and Pleat and
Hughton at the Club
(Jan 01) What a start to the month for Doherty  -a goal, another cleared off the line for a penalty and an assist for Rebrov against
Newcastle, followed by an injury time winner against Orient in the Cup - all from Right Half! Gary is certainly player of the moment at the
Lane - lets hope he maintains the improvement and becomes a regular in the side
(Dec 00) Given a run at the end of the month and improved upon the previous impression that he is just a donkey, but still looks well
short at Premiership level.
(Sept 00)Signed from Luton towards the end of last season, Doherty who can play in either the centre of defense or attach made a couple
appearance and did ok without setting the world on fire. Rather worryingly looks a bit like the former Goon reject Hartson who also
started his career at Kenilworth Road.
