(Feb 01) Has slotted back in to the centre back role very effectively in the last two matches and continues to impress. He is already one
of my favourite Spurs players, and its great that he has signed a 4 year contract.
(Jan 01) Goes from strength to strength and is rapidly becoming a favourite
(Dec 00) The find of the season - Ledley has quickly made the central midfield "continuity" man role his own with a series of
accomplished displays. Also managed to score the fastest ever Premiership goal after 10 seconds at Bradford (with help from Molenaar)
(Nov 00) Ledley will remember November 2000 as the month when he finally established himself in the first team with excellent displays
against Liverpool and Leicester from the Centre of midfield
(Oct 00) Like Young, Ledley has been injured at a time when he could have staked a claim for a place in the first team. A great shame
as there is nothing better than a home grown player making it in the first team
(Sept 00) A product of the Spurs youth policy, Bow born Ledley made his debut at Anfield at the end of the 98/99 season. Last season
was interupted by injury but he showed his versatility by playing in central midfield in our win at Derby and again at left back against
Sunderland in the last game of the season. Already capped in his International age group and drawing comparisons to the great Sol man,
this will be an important season for Ledley and hopefully he will get an extended run at the centre of defence (preferably alongside
Campbell though)
