(Feb 01) Carr returned to the first team during the win against Man City and lets hope he stays injury free from now on
(Jan 01) Carr has been out for a few games over Christmas for the second year in a row and again his importance to the team is reflected
by how the team has struggled without the great man
(Nov 00) Crisis over - for the time being as Carr has got his deal with the club and sgned an extension to 2005, although success on the
pitch will be the only guarantee that he stays with the club for that time. Still a great player and a surely future captain.
(Nov 00) Crisis time with Carr - Carr continues to get better and better and rather than try and do everything to accomodate him, the Club
seem intent on pissing him off. Lets hope Carr gets what he deserves, and is not treated like the last winner of  Spurs player of the year
(Oct 00)Carr is currently in dispute with the club over not getting a new contract which reflects his progression into international star,
Supporters player of the year and the best right back in the Premiership. If less than brillliant players such as Iversen, Sullivan, Walker &
on his current deal while Carr becomes more and more pissed off. They are useless.
(June 00) Carr's progress over recent season's has been marvellous. Always a fine tackler, Carr has added attacking fine attacking
qualities to his game and now delivers either brilliant whipped crosses or spectacular goals to finish off those strong runs. Previously,
much the unsung hero, he is now getting the recognition he deserves with a regular place in a resurgent Republic of Ireland team and as
Tottenham player of the season 1999/2000. He often reminds me of a cross between Perryman and Mabbutt, and I hope he stays at
Lane for the same length of time.
