(Feb 01) Still poor, Still pointing instead of playing. Why do we not accept Blackburn's offer for him?
(Dec 00) Sherwood's performances have declined to such a degree that he was dropped for the Southampton match - lotsa arm waving
and pointing - but not much in the way of decent midfield play. Plays hospital balls to team mates when he's not just kicking it to the
opposition. Is he still struggling with an injury?
(Nov 00) Has had a better month playing in an advanced midfield role and scored a couple of goals, but still looks short of his best
(Oct 00) Has played very poorly in the majority of matches this season and it has to be asked if he is over his injury that restricted his
play last season. A return to form was hinted at during the game at Leeds and this would be very useful to our progress this season.
(Sept 00)Sherwood has done well since his move from Blackburn, with several important goals. Along with Freund, adds a competative
edge to the midfield that has been lacking in recent years. Also has a very dodgy 'barnet', which puts him up there with Mad Mitch,
Waddle and Gazza at their prime.
