SR from E - early H plates. Notice the grille and bumpers, also used on it's bigger brother, the GTE. Difference is the GTE has painted grille and bumper, and the SR black side vinyl is replaced by slimline sideskirts. Rear GTE bumper has an additional rear lip that you can fit to an SR bumper. SR/GTE's also keep the rear spoiler. |

Mixing a GSi front bumper with GTE grille allows owners of pre-facelift Nova's to have a newer look without having to replace front wings, headlights and grille. The GSi front bumper is popular as it allows a front splitter from other vehicles to be fitted. (ie Laguna front splitter) |
