  Compiled by Clifford L.B. Hubbard, 1945. Originally described 300 breeds and varieties with notes on origin, uses, habits and vital points. Major revision by Sonia Lampson 1966. Always a popular and concise title, Dogs has been translated into five languages.

  224 pp, 148 illustrations, in colour and black & white photographs.

  There are 33 known print variations and 2 which have laminated coverings.

  There also 10 different dustjacket fronts, and the laminated front has only 1 type.

            It was in print for 35 years, with approximately 400,000 copies sold.
