Ultra violent film which lives up to it's reputation as a true nasty for the nineties. Anthony Wong is outstanding as the psycho who kills anyone stupid enough to get in his way. Playing the owner of a restaurant whose previous owners mysteriously disappeared. Eventually the Police catch up with him and through a series of brutal tortures get the full story of his horrible murders out of him.

This is one brutal film! Only recommended to the hardened horror fans. It's not often that I can say a film stays with me for days after seeing it, this is such a film. It has a raw power to unsettle that very few films have and it's worse when you realize it's based on true events! Much has been made in other reviews  of the comic relief police scenes  which, for some, spoil the movie. It didn't for me and only reinforced the shock value of the violent scenes, although I can see where they're coming from. This is one film that will never see the light of day in the UK, not even in cut form, which is a great shame as it's a great movie in it's own right and deserves a wider audience. Get it if you can!
