This has got to go down as one of the modern,post itallian zombie flicks classics,theres gore aplenty and a very black comedy storyline which steams along at a cracking pace.The story begins at the "Uneeda"(you need a) medical supply warehouse where the old experienced "Al" is showing young "Freddy" the ropes of working there.When"Al" tells "Freddy"about the top secret army experiment that went wrong and ended up delivered at thier warehouse ."Freddy's"so impressed he decides to go and take a look.When he looks inside one of the barrels he see's a rotted corpse inside,and when "Al"tries to show him more he manages to crack open one of the barrels ,letting all the toxic gas escape which knocks them out,all this before the starting credits.From here on in its a gore galore zombie war with hordes of the undead coming back from the grave craving living brains to feed on.Its all very tongue in cheek and has a great sense of humour.Of all the zombie flix i've seen this one is up there with the best with blood spurting all over the place in every other scene.Simply put GET IT!!!!

Gore highlights

The first zombie that attacks gets a pitch fork through the scull and then has his head hacksawed off .

A punk has a chunk ripped out of his head and his brains eaten

A paramedic gets it in nasty fashon,his brains are eaten.

Another punk gets his head chomped on and sends a jet of blood spraying everywhere.

When the cops arrive,before they get wasted they see the remains of a paramedic with brains seeping out of a hole in the back of his head.

There is a scene where acid gets thrown into a zombies eyes ,melting half of his face.

A zombie gets his head smashed off with a baseball bat.
