No US/UK Aggression Against Iraq!
During the recent unprovoked and murderous bombings of Iraq by the Blair and Clinton governments, the Movement for Justice joined other anti-racists, anti-imperialists and socialists in organising opposition to the attack. We reprint below the main text of the Campaign Against Sanctions and War on Iraq leaflet, the main organiation to call the demonstrations:
Don't wait for the next crisis!
Keep up the pressure to demand: No more bombings! Lift the sanctions!
*Exchange phone numbers and form "phone trees" so there can be an even more rapid protest if the Blair government threatens more bombings.
*Demand a face-to face discussion with your MP, or at least insist on a written response. Publicise this in local radio and press and leafleting etc.
*Get resolutions of condemnation passsed by trades unions, community and religous organisations, etc.
*Exchange information, ideas and experience; help build a mutually-supportative campaigning network.
