About Pension Adviser Review
“Pension schemes are not short of advisers, but all too often they do not have the experience and skills to make sure that [they] get the very best from those advisers.”
The views of one of the largest independent trustee companies in the UK
Pension Adviser Review is an independent professional service firm devoted exclusively to helping employers and trustees manage relationships with their pension and employee benefit advisers. We monitor and evaluate relationships to ensure continued best practice, intervene on your behalf to resolve specific problems and, where a relationship has broken down, carry out full search and selection processes to identify new advisers. We carry out this work for both local government and private-sector employers and trustees.
We also carry out market testing, regular evaluation and other reviews of actuaries and investment consultants. This was recommended as best practice by the Government-mandated Morris Review of March 2005.
Under our flexible approach, you can outsource as little or as much of the management of your pension adviser relationships as you want. You can involve us on regular on-going work or simply for special one-off special project. The choice is yours.
Our core business is to consult on the appropriateness, selection, cost-effectiveness and management of mainstream pension advisers. We do not ever compete with these advisers for the work they do. In this way we maintain total independence and freedom from conflicts of interest. We're on your team.
Based on our substantial knowledge of, and experience in, the pensions consulting industry, we cut through the jargon and hype to put you firmly in control at all times.
