The figure has always played an important role in Kay’s work. A favourite project was the illustration of ‘Galerie d’Amour’, a collection of poems by poet, John Powls.

 

Travels in Tuscany, France and Cornwall have resulted in vibrant landscape works, which are inspired by the colours, textures and patterns of these regions
